2011	Foundation of PROSE Munich GmbH - Germany By 1. June 2011 PROSE strenghtened it's position in the German railway market and completed it's engineering portfolio in the same time. The Team of PROSE Munich collected considerable experience in car body design and mechanical engineering at Thyssen-Krupp with Transrapid-projects as well as railway projects based on conventional technologies. PROSE is now in a position to offer all design and engineering tasks in relation to vehicle mechanics from one source.
2009	Foundation of PROSE GmbH - Germany By 1. Nov. 2009 - PROSE has with PROSE GmbH, a 100% subsidiary with domicile in Berlin, made the step to Germany. Our aim is to provide the well-known achievements of the PROSE Ltd. in shorter ways to our customers in Germany.
2006	Foundation of SCONRAIL Ltd. PROSE founds SCONRAIL Ltd together with ENOTRAC and TüV Rheinland. The Aim of this joint venture is, to provide the service of conformity assessment and a Notified Body to the Swiss Railway Industry within the country.
2003	Takeover of the CAE engineers of Stüssi & Partner By taking over the CAE engineers of Stüssi & Partner, Zurich, PROSE amplifies the engineering business and offers now also: Multi-Body-Simulations, FE-Analysis und Bogie Design.
2001	Takeover of the Measuring and Commissioning department of Bombardier Transportation (Switzerland) The measuring department of the former Swiss Locomotive and Machine Works was taken over of Bombardier Transportation and integrated into PROSE as PROSE Measuring & Testing.
2000	Focussing on the Railway Business PROSE is focused strategically on the engineering and consulting in the railway field, after the abandonment of the industrial facilities business.
1999	Management Buyout of PROSE Messtechnik GmbH The development and sales of measuring instruments (turbidity measurement and weighing systems) is placed in the independent PROSE Messtechnik GmbH.
1982	Foundation PROSE is founded as independent engineering company by Bernhard Huber. The company is active in the following fields: Engineering und Consulting in the field of rail vehicles Development, design and construction of equipment for the reconditioning of steel drums and containers Development, construction and sales of measuring instruments (turbidimeters, electronic weighing systems)
