Acoustic Calculation

On new design or retrofit the two acoustical behavoirs outdoor noise and indoor noise have to be investigated. Therefore extensive mumerical models are used to calculate acoustical parameters or ambient noise. Analytical or comparative methods based on real measurements in most cases are more efficiently and lead to results quickly. An upcoming issue will be the speech comprehensibility of electroacoustical announcements and audible warning signals inside trains (according to TSI PRM). For this purpose PROSE can do measurements and calculations as well.
